Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of the RIZQ Vehicle Inspection website and the inspection services you book through it. By booking an inspection you agree to them.
Our Services
RIZQ arranges mobile vehicle inspections performed by independent inspectors at the vehicle’s location. We offer several packages, and additional services such as repair estimates, vehicle history reports and appraisal clause support.
Booking and Payment
Full payment is collected at the time of booking through our secure Stripe checkout. Your inspection is not confirmed until payment completes. Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply; travel fees, same-day fees and add-ons are itemised before you pay.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment and you receive a full refund. Cancel within 48 hours and the booking fee is forfeited. If we are unable to perform the inspection for any reason on our side, you receive a full refund.
Scope of the Inspection
Our inspections are visual and non-invasive. We do not disassemble the vehicle, remove components, or perform mechanical repairs or destructive testing. Findings reflect the observable condition of the vehicle at the time of the inspection. Areas that cannot be safely accessed are noted in the report.
Limitations of Liability
Inspection reports are professional opinions based on the condition observed on the day. They are not guarantees or warranties of any kind, and they do not replace a manufacturer warranty, a mechanical breakdown policy, or your own judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any inspection is limited to the amount you paid for that inspection. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the purchase price of a vehicle, lost profits, or repairs discovered after the inspection.
Independent Contractors
Inspections are performed by independent contractors, not employees of RIZQ. RIZQ is not responsible for the conduct of an inspector or for loss or damage to personal property at the inspection site.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for arranging safe access to the vehicle and for the accuracy of the information you give us, including the vehicle location and any access instructions. Inspections are performed at your direction.
Reports and Their Use
Reports are provided for your own use in evaluating a vehicle. You may share them with your own advisers, lender or insurer. Reports may not be resold or presented as the work of another party.
Partner and Referral Programs
Partners who refer bookings are paid commission under the Partner Program Terms accepted at sign-up. Commission is calculated on the inspection package price and is subject to the referred inspection completing. Partners must not misrepresent RIZQ or the inspection service.
Appraisal Clause Services
Our free appraisal clause review is an initial assessment, not an appraisal engagement, and it does not create a professional relationship. Any appraisal work is performed under a separate written engagement agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Bookings are governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
