Buying From Copart or IAA? Get It Inspected Before You Bid.
You are in the Gulf. The vehicle is at a US auction. RIZQ sends a real inspector to look at it on the ground, so you know what you are bidding on before you commit your money.
Built for buyers in
The vehicle is in the USA. You do not have to be.
Wherever you are, if the vehicle is eligible we can arrange the inspection.
You Found the Car. Now See What You're Actually Buying.
You've found a vehicle in the USA. You've looked through the photos, read the description and checked the damage notes. Maybe you're nearly ready to bid.
But you're thousands of miles away, and the only thing you have to go on is what the listing decided to show you. Before you commit your money, get someone on the ground to look at the vehicle and tell you what they actually see.

Why inspect before buying
Four reasons buyers overseas inspect first.
You're Buying From Overseas
You cannot walk into an auction yard in Texas or Georgia and look at the vehicle yourself. Someone has to do it for you.
Photos Have Limits
Auction photographs are useful, but they may not answer every question you have about the physical condition of the vehicle.
250 Can Give You More Information
For a flat $250, arrange an inspection of an eligible vehicle before you make your purchasing decision.
Make a More Informed Decision
Use what the inspection finds to decide whether you want to proceed, reconsider, or investigate further before you commit.

Auction buyers
Found a Car on Copart or IAA?
You've found a vehicle you're interested in. Before you place your bid or commit to the purchase, consider getting it inspected.
If the vehicle is eligible and inspection access can be arranged, RIZQ can provide an on-the-ground inspection in the USA while you remain overseas. Copart, IAA, Manheim, ADESA and local auctions are all covered, along with dealer and private seller listings.
RIZQ Vehicle Inspection is an independent inspection company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Copart, IAA or any other auction platform.

Built for Gulf and overseas buyers
You Don't Have to Be in the USA to Get a Vehicle Inspected.
RIZQ was built for buyers who cannot visit the vehicle themselves. You arrange the inspection from where you are, an inspector goes to the vehicle in the United States, and the report comes back to your inbox.
Wherever you are, if you're considering an eligible vehicle in the USA, you can arrange an inspection before making your purchasing decision.
The locations above are examples of where RIZQ customers buy from. They are not countries where RIZQ has offices or inspectors. All inspections are carried out in the United States.
What the inspection covers
What the Inspection Helps You Understand
Every category below is part of the standard RIZQ auto inspection. Nothing on this page describes a capability we do not actually have.
Exterior condition
Body panels, paint and panel alignment, including visible damage the listing photos may not have shown.
Interior condition
Seats, trim, electronics and accessories. The wear that is hard to judge from an auction photograph.
Engine bay and fluids
A visual check of the engine bay, fluid condition, and obvious leaks or signs of previous repair.
Undercarriage and frame
The underside of the vehicle: frame, suspension and the corrosion that rarely appears in listing photos.
Tires, brakes and wheels
Tread depth, wear patterns, and the condition of the wheels and braking components visible on inspection.
Diagnostic scan
An OBD-II scan to read stored trouble codes, where the auction or seller permits access.
Photo documentation
Photographs of every section inspected, so you can see exactly what the inspector saw.
Inspection score and repair ranges
The full RIZQ inspection score plus estimated repair cost ranges for the damage that was found.
What an inspection is not
- A full mechanical teardown or internal engine diagnosis
- A guarantee that the vehicle is free from hidden defects
- Guaranteed structural integrity or roadworthiness
- Complete verification of the vehicle history
An inspection gives you more information about a vehicle's condition. It is not a warranty, a guarantee of condition, or a substitute for a full mechanical diagnosis.
What you receive
Know More Before You Commit
After the inspection you receive a written report covering everything the inspector checked, with photographs of each section, the RIZQ inspection score, market value insight and estimated repair cost ranges for any damage found. Reports are delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.
Written report
Every section documented in plain language

Why buyers trust RIZQ
A Simple Service for a Complicated Buying Decision
Buying a vehicle you cannot see is a big decision. The least we can do is be straightforward about the service, the price and the people behind it.
One price, stated plainly
$250 flat per vehicle inspection. The price on this page is the price at checkout.
Clear about the limits
We tell you what an inspection can and cannot find before you book, not afterwards.
Independent third party
RIZQ does not sell vehicles and is not affiliated with the auction platforms. We inspect, you decide.
RIZQ Vehicle Inspection
Straight answers
The questions buyers ask before they book.
I'm outside the USA. Can I still book?
Yes. You do not need to be in the United States or be a US resident. Book online, tell us where the vehicle is located, and we arrange access with the seller or the auction. You receive the report by email, wherever you are.
Can you inspect a Copart or IAA vehicle?
Often, yes. It depends on the vehicle's location, whether access can be arranged, the auction's own rules and the timing. RIZQ is not affiliated with Copart, IAA or any other auction company. Send us the lot and its location and we will confirm what can be arranged.
Should I inspect before bidding?
Where access and timing permit, an inspection before you bid gives you additional information about the vehicle while you can still walk away. Auction schedules are tight, so the earlier you send the listing, the better the chance it can be arranged in time.
Does the inspection guarantee the vehicle is good?
No. An inspection is a documented, on-the-ground assessment of what is visible at the time. It cannot identify every hidden or internal defect, and it is not a guarantee of condition, structural integrity or roadworthiness.
What if the inspection finds a problem?
You get photographs of it and an estimated repair cost range in the report. That is information you can use to decide whether to continue, reconsider, or go back and ask the seller more questions.
How much does it cost?
$250 flat for one auction vehicle inspection. Optional extras - a repair estimate or a Carfax report - can be added at checkout if you want them.
