We collect the information you give us when you book an inspection, contact us, apply to join as an inspector, or apply to our partner program.

• Contact details — name, email address and phone number
• Vehicle details — year, make, model, VIN and location
• Scheduling details — preferred date and time, and the inspection address
• Inspection content — photos, findings and reports produced during the inspection
• Partner details — company name, payout details and tax information, for partners we pay

We use your information to schedule and perform inspections, deliver reports, process payments, provide customer support, and improve our services. We may also contact you about your booking by email, phone or SMS.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.

Inspection reports and photos are shared with you, and with any party you ask us to share them with, such as a seller, dealer, lender or insurer involved in the transaction. Reports are delivered through access-controlled links rather than public web addresses.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing, email and SMS delivery, hosting and file storage, and analytics — and where we are required to do so by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies for advertising measurement and site analytics, including Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Meta. These tools may set cookies that recognise your browser across visits. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

We retain booking and inspection records, including reports, for seven years for record-keeping, warranty and dispute-resolution purposes. Partner payout records are retained as required for tax and accounting.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Some records may be kept where we have a legal or contractual reason to retain them. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access-controlled file storage and role-based access for our staff and inspectors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
