Dealer Auction Inspection

You are not buying a car, you are buying a margin. Send us the run list and we will inspect the vehicles at the auction, price the recon, and get the reports back to you before the lane runs. Buy more than one and the per vehicle rate drops.

How it works

One list, one visit, one invoice

Built around the auction calendar rather than around our own schedule. Send the list, get a straight answer the same business day, and have the reports in hand before the vehicles run.

1

Send the run list

One form or one email. Auction, location, sale date and the lot numbers you want looked at. Twenty vehicles on a list is as easy as one.

2

We confirm the same business day

We check access at that location and come back with a straight yes or no, and the slot we can hold. No waiting two days for an answer.

3

Inspected on site

An inspector attends the auction and works through the list, photographing every vehicle and writing up the findings as they go.

4

Reports before the lane runs

Reports land in your inbox ahead of the sale wherever the schedule allows, so your bid is a decision rather than a guess.

5

One invoice for the order

Every vehicle on one invoice at your tier rate. No per vehicle checkout, no chasing separate receipts at month end.

Same day and next day

Where an inspector is already in that market, we can inspect today. Send the list early in the morning and same day is realistic on most weekdays.

Before the lane, not after

The whole point is the report landing before the vehicle runs. We work back from the sale time and tell you honestly when it is too tight.

Standing weekly slots

Running the same auctions every week? Set up a standing arrangement and your list goes straight into a slot instead of being scheduled from scratch each time.

The recon budget

What the report tells you before you bid

A condition report tells you how a car grades. Ours tells you what it needs and roughly what that costs, so you can put a number on the recon before the hammer rather than after the car is on your lot.

Body and paint, panel by panel

Every panel photographed, with dents, scrapes, cracks and mismatched paint called out individually. Panel gaps and paint texture are checked for previous repair, which is the difference between a paint touch up and a respray.

Mechanical condition

Engine start and run, listening for misfires, knocks and smoke. Fluids checked visually, leaks noted, and every warning light that comes up with the ignition recorded.

Undercarriage and frame

Frame rails, floor pans, subframe, suspension and exhaust photographed properly. Rust, bent components and welded sections are where auction money disappears, and none of it shows in a listing photo.

Interior and reconditioning load

Seats, carpet, headliner, dashboard and trim described honestly, including odour, stains and smoke damage. This is the section that decides whether a car needs a detail or a full interior.

Tyres, brakes and glass

Tread depth, brand mismatch across the four corners, and remaining brake life where visible. Tyres and glass are the fastest way a "cheap" lot stops being cheap.

Missing equipment

Keys, floor mats, spare wheel, jack, cargo cover and any factory equipment that is no longer there. Small items individually, but they add up across a whole run list.

The report is written as a recon budget. Every finding is described so you can put a number against it before you bid, rather than finding out when the car is on your lot and already costing you floorplan.

Volume pricing

The more you buy together, the lower the rate

Order vehicles together and every vehicle on the order takes the lower rate, not just the ones above the threshold. Five cars at $199 each is a run list, not five separate inspections.

1 vehicle

$250each

Standard per vehicle rate. Inspected, reported and paid for on its own.

2 to 4 vehicles

$225each

Booked together in one order, every vehicle on the list drops to this rate.

Most dealer orders

5 to 9 vehicles

$199each

Our most common dealer tier. A full run list on one invoice, reports before the sale.

10 or more

$179each

Volume rate for regular buyers. Ask about a standing weekly arrangement.

  • Pricing is per vehicle, inspected on the same order and invoiced together.
  • Orders of two or more vehicles are confirmed and invoiced by the office, so you are never charged for a vehicle we could not access.
  • A written repair estimate can be added to a single vehicle order at checkout, or included on a volume invoice.
  • Salvage, inoperable and heavy equipment lots are quoted separately. Send the list and we will price it.

Why dealers use RIZQ

Built for a run list, not a single car

Most inspection services are set up for one retail buyer and one vehicle. Everything about how we work is set up for a dealer ordering twenty.

Written for a dealer, not a retail buyer

You are not being told whether a car is nice. You are being told what it needs, what that is likely to cost, and whether the numbers still work at your bid.

Volume is normal, not a special request

Run lists are routine work. One inspector, one visit, twenty vehicles, one invoice. Nobody has to renegotiate the price because you bought more than one car.

We work the auction schedule

Reports before the lane where the schedule allows, and a straight answer when it does not. You will never be told a report is coming and then have it arrive after the hammer.

The report

Look at a report before you send a run list

Genuine RIZQ reports, exactly as they arrive, covering one vehicle worth buying, one worth a closer look, and one to walk away from. Same layout, same photographs, same scoring you get on every vehicle in your order.
