What we do

We tell people the truth about a vehicle before they buy it

Buying used is a leap of faith. The seller knows everything about the car, the buyer knows almost nothing, and once the money changes hands the problems belong to whoever holds the title. RIZQ closes that gap. An independent, certified inspector goes to the vehicle and documents what is actually there — good and bad.

Pre-purchase inspection

A certified inspector travels to the vehicle, photographs it inside and out, scans the computer for stored faults, and road-tests it where the seller allows. The customer gets a scored report with plain-English findings and a repair estimate.

Undisclosed prior damage (UPD)

A forensic look for hidden accident, flood, or structural repair a seller or insurer never disclosed. This is the report people use in insurance claims and lending disputes.

Auction inspections

Bidding remotely means buying blind. We inspect before the hammer drops so the bidder knows exactly what they are bidding on.

Heavy equipment & RV

The same rigor applied to commercial trucks, trailers, and RVs — categories where one missed defect costs far more than a car ever would.

Appraisals & diminished value

Independent documentation that supports a fairer settlement after an accident or a total loss.

Every report includes

Photo documentation, a condition score, a damage assessment, and a repair estimate — delivered as a PDF the customer keeps.

How it works

Four steps, and you never touch the money

Your customer pays RIZQ directly. You just make the introduction and collect your share.

1

Apply

Fill out the short form at the bottom of this page. We read every application by hand — no bots, no instant approvals.

2

Get your link

Once approved, we email you a personal tracking link plus a private earnings page. No password to remember, no dashboard to learn.

3

Share it

Send it to a buyer, a dealership, a credit union member, or your audience. Anyone who books through your link is credited to you for 30 days.

4

Get paid

When their inspection is completed, your 10% is earned. We pay out on a monthly statement cycle, so you always know where you stand.

Know what you are selling

What a RIZQ inspection actually covers

The more clearly you can explain what we do, the easier it is to refer. This is the whole of it — nothing hidden, nothing exaggerated.

Every inspection checks

  • Engine, transmission, and drivetrain
  • Frame and unibody structure
  • Body panels, paint, and prior repair
  • Interior, electronics, and every feature
  • Brakes, tires, suspension, and steering
  • Fluid levels, leaks, and battery health
  • Computer scan for stored fault codes
  • Road test, where the seller permits

Findings are photographed and scored. Where something needs repair, the customer also gets an estimated cost so they can put a number on the risk.

Most used cars are sold as-is

Once the money changes hands, every hidden problem becomes the buyer’s problem. There is no cooling-off period, and no dealer is obligated to tell you what they know.

A cheap check prevents an expensive mistake

A pre-purchase inspection costs a fraction of a single transmission replacement. It is the highest-return few hundred dollars anyone spends on a used vehicle.

Facts change the negotiation

A buyer who arrives with a documented condition report negotiates from evidence instead of hope. It routinely moves the price more than the inspection cost.

Why partner with us

You are already having the conversation

Every day, someone you know is about to buy a used vehicle and hoping for the best. You can be the reason they find out the truth first — and get paid for it.

Dealerships

Offer buyers independent verification and close more deals with fewer comebacks.

Credit unions & lenders

Protect the collateral and give members a pre-loan inspection they actually asked for.

Insurance agents

Document prior damage and support diminished value claims with a real report.

Mechanics & detailers

Refer the inspections you would rather not take on and still get paid for the introduction.

Creators & communities

Give your audience something genuinely useful instead of another sponsored post.

Anyone with a network

Realtors, auction runners, fleet managers — if you talk to people buying vehicles, this works.

Partner Program Terms

Version 1.0

Effective September 29, 2026. Please read the full agreement before you sign.

1. The Program

RIZQ Vehicle Inspection ("RIZQ", "we", "us") operates a partner referral program (the "Program"). By applying you agree to these Partner Program Terms (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not sign or submit an application.

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. One partner account is allowed per person or business. Enrollment is complete only when RIZQ approves your application, and we may decline any application at our discretion. Your tracking code and private earnings link are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. How Referrals Are Tracked

Each partner receives a unique tracking code used in a referral link. A referral is attributed to you when a customer reaches our site through your link, or when your code is recorded on the booking. A referral is not attributed when the link is broken, when tracking is blocked or cleared, or when the customer books through another channel. Referral attribution is determined by our records.

4. Commission

You earn 10% of the inspection package price for each completed referred inspection, unless a different rate is stated on your partner record. Commission is calculated on the base package price only. It excludes mileage and travel fees, add-on services, taxes, and any amount that is refunded or charged back.

5. When Commission Is Earned

Commission is recorded as pending when a referred booking is paid, and becomes earned only once that inspection is completed. Commission is void if the booking is cancelled, refunded, charged back, reversed, or found to be fraudulent.

6. Payouts

Earned commission is paid on a monthly cycle after the referred inspection is completed, using the payout method on your partner record. We email a statement of what was paid to the address on file. We may hold amounts while a booking is in dispute. You are responsible for any taxes on the amounts you receive.

7. Rate Reviews

We review commission rates periodically, at least quarterly. Any change applies only to referrals made after we notify you by email, and never to commission you have already earned.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: (a) refer yourself, or create bookings in order to earn commission; (b) bid on or buy advertising for RIZQ’s name, trademarks, or common misspellings of them; (c) send unsolicited email or messages; (d) make claims about our services that are untrue or misleading; (e) use cookie stuffing, hidden links, pop-ups, or any technique that attributes a referral you did not genuinely generate; (f) offer discounts, coupons, or rebates on our services without our written approval; or (g) use our brand except as allowed below.

9. Disclosure of Your Connection

Wherever you promote us you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission — for example, “I earn a commission if you book through my link.” This is required by the FTC’s endorsement guides and by equivalent laws where you operate.

10. Brand Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the partner assets we provide, and only to promote the Program. You may not alter our marks, or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your business.

11. Independent Contractor

You act as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, franchise, or legal partnership between us, and you may not make any commitment on our behalf.

12. Customer Data

You may not collect, store, or share our customers’ personal information. If you handle personal data while promoting the Program, you must comply with the privacy laws that apply to you.

13. Term and Termination

Either of us may end this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving notice. Commission already earned when the agreement ends is still paid on the normal cycle. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including prohibited conduct, liability, and governing law — survive it.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the commission we owe you, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will email you when we do. Continuing to participate after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

17. Electronic Records and Signature

You agree to receive and sign these Terms electronically, and you agree that typing your full name is your signature. You agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), 15 U.S.C. § 7001, and applicable state law. When you sign we record your name, the date and time you signed, the version of these Terms you accepted, and your device and network details as evidence of your signature. You may ask us for a copy of the Terms you signed at any time by emailing support@rizqvehicleinspection.com.
